Kratom 50x Extract Review – My Step By Step Experience

Well, the short answer to that is that kratom 50X has a higher concentration of kratom than the other kratom extracts and as such it will begin working within five to ten minutes, and the effects can last for four to six hours.

However when used in excess and as a recreational drug and then try to stop, then you might experience some withdrawal symptoms. Also when you use it for a prolonged period, your body tends to build tolerance, and it will no longer achieve the desired effects.

My step by step experience with  kratom 50x extract

20 minutes: the past twenty minutes have flown past me. Am now focused and feeling mentally sharp. Am in a jovial mood, and I can already feel some of the effects kicking in. There is a slight feeling of euphoria although it’s yet noticeable.

40 minutes: it is now evident that 50x extracts work because I can feel a dramatic increase in energy. Luckily I have various tasks to attend to, and the focus on them is quite amazing. Unlike twenty minutes ago, there is euphoria in the air and am feeling good. The mood change I’m having is quite remarkable and even though am working am still feeling good.

1 hour: In a nutshell, there is no denying that the effects of 50x extracts are extraordinary. I can still feel the adrenaline rush, and my focus is on another level. The mood is perfect, and even though the euphoria has decreased, it is still decent considering it’s been an hour since I took kratom 50x.

1 hour 30 minutes: at the moment the effects are still similar and consistent with the ones I had recorded thirty minutes ago.

2 hours 30 minutes: So far so good even though I have noticed that my mood is not as jovial as it was before. However, my concentration on my tasks is still sharp and considering that its been several hours since I last at, my energy is on point.

3 hours: I can feel the energy slowly ebbing away, but my focus is still sharp. Now that there is less energy compared to a few hours ago, euphoria is gradually kicking in, and my mood has moved from jolly to mellow.

3 hours 30 minutes: right now my attitude is just pleasant. I really can’t tell if it’s the kratom wearing away or it’s because I am tired of the tasks that I have just completed. Now that the energy is not as strong as it was, the euphoria has kicked in a way much more. Instead of a cheerful and energetic mood am making a transition to a calm and more relaxed state of mind but my focus is still on point.

4 hours: while resting, I can notice the final effects of 50x extract slowly fading away. I no longer feel the adrenaline rush of energy through my body and mind, and my focus has dwindled. All that is left is a slight feeling of euphoria. However, I did not expect that the effect of this extract would outdo the others considering it was the lowest throughout the entire four hours.

Do’s and don’ts of the kratom 50X extract

Now that you are aware of its effects, there are some things you should do and others which you should shy away from entirely if you want to reap the benefits of 50X extract. Of course, I was not going to leave you halfway which is why I listed some of the dos and don’ts of kratom 50x extracts

Do’sStart small and increase gradually

Just because you’ve taken other extracts and they were working great doesn’t mean you begin with high amounts. Start small and work your way up to your dose. For instance, you can start with a single teaspoon and wait to see how your body responds.

The next day increases the amount and keeps the trend up until you feel that you’re now getting the effect you want and stick to that dose. Always keep in mind that our bodies respond differently, the amount that works for me, will not work for you so don’t try to take similar amounts like your friends do because it may either not work or may cause you adverse effects.

Take a break every once in a while

You’ve probably heard this even with many other supplements and also medications. You are already aware that too much of something is toxic and Kratom 50X extract is no exception. So after every few days or months take a break to prevent your body from developing tolerance to it and reducing its strength. Doing so will also help prevent you from becoming an addict.

Store it well

Just because Kratom is an efficient supplement does not mean that you can leave it lying around and still take it later and expect it to evoke the same effects. No, it does not work that way. So store it up in proper containers to keep it fresh for more efficiency.

Don’ts

Stay away from alcohol

I know this might be quite hard for you especially if you are a party person. However, to reap the full benefits of kratom 50X extracts, ensure that you stay away from alcohol as it tends to lower and prevent the alkaloids in your system from syncing with the kratom receptors as they should.

Don’t mix it up

There is a reason why kratom is referred to as the jealous plant, and one of them is that it can never work when mixed with other supplements. If you are a person who regularly takes health and fitness supplements, it is easy for you to be tempted to mix them up thinking that they will work better together. Unfortunately, that does not apply to kratom 50X, and if you mix it up, you won’t experience the full benefits. Reason being, some of the receptors its syncs are used up by other substance with which you might have mixed it. So do not mix it with anything at all costs.

Don’t start with high expectations

Just like other supplements do not offer an assurance that they will work, kratom 50X extract does not guarantee you better mood or relaxation. Additionally and I will emphasize again, our bodies respond differently, and yours might take time before it begins to exhibit the kind of effects you want.
